Kangaroo Point Cycling Club to host a Rapha #Womens100 ride.

Kangaroo Point Cycling Club is pleased to host the only registered Brisbane ride for the Rapha #Womens100 on Sunday the 20th of July.

The ride will depart Crankstar (the home of Rapha in Brisbane) at 6am for a gently undulating route to Manly, Wellington Point, Cleveland and Victoria Point before returning to Crankstar for a warm coffee and breakfast by 10am.

> You can view the route here.

The ride is open to all Women (not just Club Members) and will be led by our Ride Leaders at a social pace averaging 25km/h to make sure no one gets left behind.

The ride is suitable for Women who have ridden 100km at least once before, have some group riding experience and have a road bike in good working order with good tires and at least 1 spare tube.

The ride will include a drinks stop along the way and riders should also carry snacks for four hours on the bike (1 muesli bar or 1 killer python or a small handful of jelly-beans per hour will keep you fuelled up!).

Every Woman that completes the ride is eligible for a Rapha Roundel to celebrate their achievement, but you'll need to register on the Rapha Website before the ride to get yours!

If you'd like to join us for this fun day on the bike- jump on to the Facebook Event and sign-up.

> You can send us any questions that you might have here!

Participants with Cycling Australia licences are insured, however all other participants join us at their own risk and are not insured by the Club.
